I took in an UV torch today, thinking that it was a very poor product because it emmited very little light, and hoping for a refund. The young fella that served me pointed out that the batteries that i put in there may be at fault. Well, sure enough, he put some fresh batteries in there, and it worked great. I must have had some flat batteries in the van, and didn't check to see if that was the cause of the problem, before i returned to tha store and complained. Was my face red with embarrassment...I am an electrician! Anyway, the fella was very kind about it, and helpful and forgiving... top marks for customer service!!!

I am older lady who went to the store on Thursday night and I believe the handsome gentleman who were working there were Jack and James. They offered customer service to a senior citizen like myself that blew me back to the good old days. They just went above and beyond. I would like to recommend to their employer that these two employees are invaluable and should be treated with every respect due.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Offered multiple product choices suitable and assisted happily. Thank you for being so thoughtful and professional. Love the fact this shop has such a wide range of products, we purchased a jump starter unit however got to see this beauty of a disco ball too!

Great service today when I went into the store to get a replacement relay component. The very knowledgeable guy at the front desk was able to find a match for the old failed relay and he checked the pin layout to make sure it would fit back into the circuit board. This $12 part has saved me from replacing our garage door controller board and possibly the whole garage door opener system (~$500) not to mention the labour. Thank you 😊 (operator 3104 - sorry I didn't get his name)

Today 8/5/23 my husband and I were very impressed with Jack who served us. He was extremely attentive to our needs and knowledgeable and gave us his undivided attention not just to my husband, but to me as well. He has excellent communication skills and listens intently and guided us through the options very skillfully. I can't recommend the young guy highly enough. I would like to add when I spoke to James the boss, he too was outstanding so much better than the previous staff/owners. He was very polite and spoke with a smile which accounts for a lot these days. As soon as we walked into the shop we noticed a big difference to the culture and the fact that there were more customers than we'd seen in a long time and it was a Monday! Keep up the good work and we will be back. Thanks so much.

I came in with an idea of what I needed, but it was more complicated than expected. Nathanel was super helpful, explained things clearly, and made the experience easy. I left happy with my purchase—Jaycar is always a great place to shop! Also made a great coffee recommendation Update nathanel I hope you see this video track is very large and it's is getting great amps and videos ltd no lack of power and more the engine sounds to run at same rpm weather at start or end of the track.

Came in to pick up a 3D printer, staff not only made sure I had all the stuff I needed and knew how to operate it safely, but were genuinely excited to talk about the tech and share enthusiasm!
